In a context where democracy and good governance are facing major challenges and the implementation of the African Charter on Democracy, Elections and Governance (ACDEG) is limited, the #Innov4Democracy Hackathon is a pan-African digital innovation competition that encourages the use and creation of new innovative solutions to promote democratic governance, including the implementation of the ACDEG.
