In response to the democratic decline observed in Senegal over the last decade, “One Power, Two Terms” proposes several activities in favour of democracy, respect for term limits and individual and collective rights. Legal monitoring, a communication campaign, a memorandum from African civil society, a documentary film, a white paper, and a citizens’ forum are being implemented.
To preserve democratic achievements through respect for term limits, the liberation and securitisation of the civic space.
