Call for Applications: Dialogue on Migration
Background
As an advocacy and contribution organisation, AfricTivistes has launched an information platform www.dialoguemigration.com to co-produce and disseminate verified, contextualised and detailed information on migration, free from political divisions and sensationalism. The aims of this web platform are to produce reliable and balanced information on migration; to create a space for information and dialogue on migration; to serve as a reference point for journalists and stakeholders working on migration; to be a source of reference for individuals planning to migrate; to promote respect for the human rights and dignity of migrants; and to foster a discourse that is more respectful of human rights.
As well as providing reliable and balanced information on migration, there will be a dedicated section for fact-checking and discussion on the issue.
To ensure the platform runs smoothly and is properly supported, AfricTivistes is recruiting people with a range of skills who will be responsible for producing content on migration-related topics, coordinating the work and translating the content.
- Applications
Through this call for applications, AfricTivistes is recruiting seven (7) content producers (journalists or bloggers), one (1) fact-checking manager and one (1) translator.
Applicants for the role of content producer may submit:

– a CV;

Applicants for the position of Fact-checking Manager may submit:
